Orders placed with standard delivery can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days*
Express Delivery (£8.99)
Express delivery can be applied to orders received before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Delivery to be expected 1-2 days business days*
Next Day Delivery (£12.99)
Next day delivery can be applied to orders received before 1pm, Monday to Thursday, to arrive on the next business day*
*If your order contains an item which is out of stock, we may need to hold your order for up to 21 days until the item is available.
Any profit from our postage charge goes straight back to charity. All handling, post and packaging are included in the postage cost.
Free postage and packaging offers are only valid for deliveries to address in the UK and Isle of Man.
Where does Guide Dogs Shop ship to?
We are currently able to ship orders to the UK (Including Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, and the Scottish islands), and the Isle of Man.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer overseas shipping, or shipping to the Channel Islands at this time. We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Order processing and dispatch
Your orders from the shop are processed by our fulfilment partner in Melton Mowbray. Were possible, we will dispatch your order to be delivered within the time frame of your chosen delivery option.
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, Yodel or Parcel Force. We do not use any other couriers at this time such as DPD.
We make every attempt to fulfil your order in one delivery, this is cost effective for Guide Dogs and we feel more convenient for you. If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will let you know and may send a substitute, or hold your order for a period of time until the missing item is available again.
What will happen if I have ordered an items which is out of stock?
If an item on your order is out of stock and we know it is coming back in soon, we may hold your order for up to 21 days until the item becomes available again. On the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil the item within 21 days, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
If we know the item won’t be coming back, and where we have a suitable alternative, we may swap it for something we think you will love just as much. If you don’t want to keep the substituted item, that’s fine, just let us know and we will be happy to send you a refund instead.
