Current Delivery Information

All orders received up to our last published order date of 16 December have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. However due to Royal Mail's strike action, deliveries are taking longer than usual. We apologise that this may cause some disruption for customers. Orders placed now will arrive after Christmas.

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and mail to take strike action on the following dates:

• Friday 9 December 2022
• Sunday 11 December 2022
• Wednesday 14 December 2022
• Thursday 15 December 2022
• Friday 23 December 2022
• Saturday 24 December 2022

Service guarantees (24hr, 48hr) will be suspended during the industrial action, so we will therefore temporarily suspend our Next Day shipping option during the affected period. This will be reinstated once the carriers reinstate their service guarantees.

Standard delivery is usually within 5-7 days, and Express within 1-2 days, but please note that your order may take a few more days to arrive while the network is disrupted. Opting for Express delivery guarantees that your order will be prioritised at our fulfilment centre.
